A Team Supervisor is responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction by guaranteeing that their team provides exceptional service.
This role will oversee a small group of engineers on the NOC team, whose primary focus is to resolve monitoring alerts for our customers.
The key responsibilities include:
- Ability to identify and appreciate customer interests and concerns
- Effective listening, data analysis, report preparation, and presentation of key findings
- Handling customer escalations and keeping management informed about critical issues
- Coaching the team to perform well and keeping direct reports updated on information and events
- Being visible and accessible to employees on a regular basis
- Self-motivation, leading by example with a positive attitude and demeanor
- Demonstrating the ability to understand complex problems and communicate potential solutions
- Contributing to departmental goals and objectives/metrics and plans; may contribute to organizational goals
- Participating in on-call rotation
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
- Experience with Windchill will be considered as an alternative
- Excellent Excel skills
- Familiarity with SaaS products and Cloud Terminology
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages
