Job Overview

  • Your team's success relies on hiring top talent, adhering to defined processes and standards, and providing a standardized customer experience.
  • Achieving timely customer move-in, high CSAT scores, and efficient escalation resolution is crucial.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Prefers NIT/BITS/IIT or MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools.
  • 7-12 years of experience in startups or similar industries with direct team reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written/oral communication skills, and analytical ability required.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage strategic alliances/business partnerships.
