Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned boutique store manager with a passion for fashion and excellent leadership skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily boutique operations, managing a team of stylists and support staff, and driving sales through personalized styling advice and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Boutique Operations Management:
  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the boutique, ensuring a seamless and luxurious customer experience.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage a team of skilled stylists and support staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  • Sales Growth:
  • Drive sales through engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized styling advice.
  • Client Experience:
  • Handle client appointments, measurements, fittings, and follow-ups with precision and care.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Maintain inventory levels, including stock checks, ordering, and display management.
  • Inter-Departmental Coordination:
  • Coordinate with design, production, and marketing teams for order updates and seasonal collections.
  • Store Aesthetics:
  • Maintain the store's premium image through visual merchandising and displays.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or fashion, preferably with a bridal or designer label background.
  • Candidate Profile:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Well-groomed with a keen eye for fashion trends and customer preferences.
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
  • Language Skills:
  • Fluent in English and Telugu/Hindi.
