What You'll Do

  • Greet and consult walk-in clients on styling, fit, and fabric preferences
  • Handle and assist with Made-to-Measure (MTM) fittings, trials, and orders
  • Deliver exceptional client service, including after-sales support
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store success
  • Maintain detailed records and coordinate with tailoring/master teams
  • Build long-term client relationships through trust, style advice, and consistency

What We're Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in luxury/premium fashion retail (store-facing)
  • Excellent grooming and communication skills
  • Passion for men's fashion, styling, and tailored wardrobes
  • Prior experience in MTM, bespoke clothing, or styling advisory is a big plus

This is a front-end retail sales role — not a design or studio-based role.
