Luxury Retail Experience Specialist

As a luxury retail experience specialist, you will play a pivotal role in bringing high-end brand visions to life. This involves being the key link between clients and our production team, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations and is executed with excellence.

  • Represent clients as the primary point of contact for global luxury brands.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally in English to manage client expectations.
  • Translate design concepts and client requirements into clear technical briefs for production teams.
  • Drive projects from planning to delivery — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Anticipate challenges, find solutions, and ensure seamless execution across all project phases.
  • Foster strong, long-term partnerships with clients through trust, reliability, and impeccable delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in shopfitting, luxury retail, or bespoke furniture.
  • Excellent command of English with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of retail furniture manufacturing, finishes, and materials.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a passion for craftsmanship and detail.
