Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and well-networked sales professional to lead the sales of ultra-luxury residences, villas, and land parcels in prime Mumbai markets and holiday home destinations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling resale transactions of luxury assets, deep market knowledge, and a strong network for luxury sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Drive sales of resale and primary luxury properties, villas, and land parcels.
  • Manage high-value client relationships, ensuring trust-driven long-term engagement.
  • Conduct walkthroughs, pitches, negotiations, and end-to-end deal closures with clients.
  • Inventory Management
  • Source and manage inventory in prime Mumbai markets and holiday home belts.
  • Build strong connections with property owners, brokers, and intermediaries to access exclusive off-market listings.
  • Marketing & Strategy
  • Contribute to the company's luxury positioning through digital campaigns and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the company at private previews and networking events.
  • Support in creating high-quality marketing collateral tailored for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs).
  • Market Intelligence
  • Track pricing trends, demand shifts, and competitor movements in the resale and primary luxury segments.
  • Provide support to leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 2-4 years in luxury real estate sales, with proven experience in the resale market.
  • Location Knowledge: Strong understanding of Andheri-South Mumbai luxury markets and holiday home regions.
  • Network: Established connections with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex resale transactions.
  • Exposure to digital marketing and luxury branding strategies.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and performance-driven.
