The Role of a Senior Test Lead is multifaceted and demands a high degree of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Test Strategy Development:
      • Define test scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
      • Develop detailed test plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient testing processes.
    • Defect Management:
      • Identify, track, analyze, and escalate defects for prompt resolution.
      • Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to resolve defects and optimize the testing process.
    • Stakeholder Communication:
      • Facilitate UAT sign-off and ensure stakeholder alignment through clear communication.
    • Environment Setup:
      • Ensure the UAT environment mirrors production setup.
      • Manage test data preparation and validation to guarantee accurate results.
    • Compliance and Documentation:
      • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
      • Maintain documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions for future reference.

For this role, we are seeking an experienced professional with:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, customer journeys, and payment gateways.
  • Hands-on experience with Magento, specifically functional flow and admin flows.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
