Transform Sales with Salesforce Expertise

At InMobi, we're revolutionizing the way businesses engage with their customers. As a seasoned Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining our sales processes, ensuring seamless integration, and driving growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable solutions using low-code approaches, balancing flexibility, simplicity, and scalability.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the sales organization and ecosystem to understand evolving needs.
  • Own end-to-end project delivery, from discovery sessions to solution design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Oversee data migrations and mass updates required as part of solution delivery.
  • Serve as an escalation point for field teams on technical issues related to sales systems, respond to support tickets, and troubleshoot Salesforce errors and bugs as needed.
  • Work with external vendors to escalate issues and monitor resolution.
  • Mentor and lead daily administrative activities of junior team members to design and develop scalable solutions.
  • Assist in training new users and driving the adoption of Salesforce and integrated tools.
  • Act as a consultant to the business, identifying opportunities and proposing effective solutions.
  • Manage integrations and implement new tools for our go-to-market teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting a sales organization in a large Salesforce org.
  • Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, and/or Platform App Builder Certifications are preferred.
  • Prior experience working in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Business Systems teams in a tech company is preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales business processes, such as pipeline generation, deal qualification, forecasting, and territory management.
  • Prior experience with Sales Productivity tools, such as Outreach.io, Groove, ZoomInfo, Clari, Seismic, Loopio, etc.
  • Knowledge of Deployment Life Cycle (Build, QA, Staging).
  • Apex/Lightning Development experience.
  • Detail-oriented and process-minded, with excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Ability to juggle requests of varying urgency and adapt to changing priorities.
