Salesforce Administrator Senior

About the Role
At InMobi, we're seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic Sales Technology & Revenue Operations team. This key role will play a crucial part in streamlining our internal systems and processes to make our salesforce more efficient and effective.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable solutions by leveraging a low-code approach to design, balancing flexibility, simplicity, and scalability.
- Liaise with stakeholders across the sales organization and ecosystem to understand their evolving needs.
- Own end-to-end project delivery, including discovery sessions, solution design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Oversee data migrations and mass updates required as part of solution delivery.
- Serve as an escalation point for field teams on technical issues related to sales systems, respond to support tickets, and troubleshoot Salesforce errors and bugs as needed.
- Work with external vendors to escalate issues and monitor resolution.
- Mentor and lead daily administrative activities of junior team members to design and develop scalable solutions.
- Assist in training new users and driving the adoption of Salesforce and integrated tools.
- Act as a consultant to the business, identifying opportunities and proposing effective solutions.
- Manage integrations and implement new tools for our go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting a sales organization in a large Salesforce org.
- Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, and/or Platform App Builder Certifications are preferred.
- Prior experience working in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Business Systems teams in a tech company is preferred.
- Knowledge of sales business processes, including pipeline generation, deal qualification, forecasting, and territory management.
- Prior experience with Sales Productivity tools, such as Outreach.io, Groove, ZoomInfo, Clari, Seismic, Loopio, etc.
- Knowledge of the Deployment Life Cycle (Build, QA, Staging).
- APEX/Lightning Development experience.
- Detail-oriented and process-minded, with excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
- Ability to juggle requests of varying urgency and adapt to changing priorities.
