Role Overview
As a skilled Salesforce Administrator at Recro, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer service platforms, using integration tools and APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration, data integrity, and integration with other systems.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, to support Agile delivery methodologies.
- Work with business analysts and scrum team members to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide user training to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve Agile processes and practices within the team and contribute to the overall success of Agile transformation.
- Stay informed about Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on integrated systems and Agile team environments.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using integration tools and APIs.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
