Overview

Bruker, a leading analytical instrumentation company, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to drive innovation in analytical instrumentation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing expertise in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and customizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Create testing and implementation plans for process changes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, and integrations.
  • Provide technical support to Salesforce users and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials for users at all levels.
  • Configure user roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings.
  • Develop custom fields, objects, page layouts, record types, and validations.
  • Import, export, and maintain clean and accurate data using data loader or other tools.
  • Perform data cleansing and deduplication activities.
  • Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes.
  • Design and implement automation processes using workflows, Process Builder, Flows, and other automation tools.
  • Create and manage email templates, approval processes, and assignment rules.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce Field Service, including creating customizations, dashboards, adding third-party applications, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, with experience as a Salesforce implementation project lead being highly desirable.
  • Strong collaboration, influence, and consensus-building skills.
  • SAP experience is desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer/Administrator, with relevant Salesforce certifications.
  • Strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, Data Loader, Workbench, and Salesforce DX.
  • Experience with the development tools and Deployment tools such as VS Code, changesets, Git hub, and COPADO.
  • Proficiency in data management and governance within Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
