Finance and Strategy Role

We are seeking a young CA to join our team as a Finance and Strategy professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run the fund end-to-end: Deal execution, structuring, diligence, and investor operations
  • Own the numbers: Financial models, MIS, reporting, audit readiness, and portfolio analytics
  • Shape strategy: Partner with the founder on pipeline development, investment thesis, and portfolio insights
  • Be the bridge: Manage investor communications, LP updates, and internal systems
  • Build from scratch: Set up infrastructure, tools, workflows, compliance, and governance mechanisms

What We're Looking For:

  • CA (Chartered Accountant) with 0-1 years of relevant experience in Big 4, transaction advisory, or startup finance
  • Strong grasp of financial modeling, due diligence, reporting, and compliance
  • Hunger to transition from a traditional finance role into venture capital and strategy
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to build from 0-1
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
