Job Title: Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Coordinate Production Activities: Develop and implement effective plans to ensure timely completion of production targets.
  • Schedule Management: Monitor and optimize production schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of shop-floor workers, ensuring they adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality checks and corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards in production.
  • Daily Reports: Maintain accurate and comprehensive daily production reports, providing insights into progress and areas for improvement.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Safety Protocols: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and housekeeping standards, promoting a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
