Job Title: Printing Supervisor

Job Summary: As a seasoned printing supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Rotogravure printing machines during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure efficient and safe printing operations according to established company standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team to optimize performance during shifts, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes productivity and teamwork.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production, including machine settings, job details, and material consumption, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the printing process to minimize downtime and maximize output.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to meet company and client specifications, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and maintain safety protocols and best practices in the printing area, prioritizing employee well-being and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on production metrics, such as machine performance, wastage, and other relevant data, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess excellent leadership skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. A background in print management or a related field is highly desirable.
