Oversee the day-to-day operations of CNC machines, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Set up, program, and calibrate CNC machines for different production tasks.
- Ensure that the CNC machines are producing products within the required specifications and tolerances.
- Perform routine checks and diagnostics on machines to maintain quality and minimize downtime.
- Supervise and lead a team of CNC operators, guiding them in machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Train CNC operators on new equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Evaluate the performance of CNC operators, provide feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Allocate work based on machine capacity, production schedules, and operator availability.
- Ensure regular preventive maintenance and servicing of CNC machines to extend their lifespan and maintain optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues with the machines.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to address any major machine breakdowns promptly.
- Monitor and enforce quality standards to ensure that products meet customer specifications.
- Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to inspect parts and identify defects or deviations.
- Implement corrective actions when quality issues arise and ensure that products are within tolerances.
- Coordinate with the production planning team to ensure that the CNC machines are aligned with production schedules.
- Manage the prioritization of jobs based on customer requirements and production timelines.
- Monitor production output and adjust machine settings or staffing to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operating procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for the team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safe working conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of machine operations, production data, and maintenance schedules.
- Provide regular reports on machine performance, production output, and any issues encountered.
- Document all machine maintenance, repair work, and any other operational changes.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize CNC operations, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in CNC technology and manufacturing practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
