Operations Executive Job Description

Job Summary:

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of shipments at our Service Centre. Your key responsibilities will include providing operational service to customers, managing field work, and developing territory routes to grow business with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Service: Provide excellent service to customers through timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
  • Field Work: Manage field work and ensure connection of shipments picked up from own route.
  • Route Development: Develop territory routes to grow business with existing customers.
  • Sales Lead Generation: Generate sales leads and share competition information.
  • Self-Grooming: Engage in self-grooming and upgradation of product and operations knowledge.

People Management:

  • Provide direction, guidance, and support to employees.
  • Monitor team performance and identify key performers.
  • Mentor and coach subordinates to develop their capabilities.
  • Build a robust succession pipeline.
  • Ensure adequate staffing at the Service Centre.
  • Foster high levels of employee engagement and retention.
