JOB DESCRIPTION FOR DISPATCH EXECUTIVE:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for A Dispatch Executive in a metal composite panel (MCP) industry ensures the timely and accurate delivery of MCP products by coordinating with internal teams and external carriers, managing logistics, optimizing routes, handling documentation, and resolving delivery-related issues. Key duties include overseeing production schedules, coordinating with the sales and production departments, monitoring inventory, managing vehicle schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and transport regulations, and acting as the primary point of contact for transportation-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination & Scheduling:
  • Coordinate the dispatch of MCP orders from production to customers, managing delivery schedules effectively.
  • Liaise with the sales department to understand customer requirements and with the production team to align with delivery timelines.
  • Logistics & Operations:
  • Manage and oversee the transportation process, including planning routes, optimizing load capacity, and selecting appropriate carriers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and track the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Ensure that packing and transportation methods meet the company's quality control standards for delicate metal composite panels.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate delivery documentation, such as waybills, invoices, and consignment notes.
  • Ensure all dispatch activities comply with transportation regulations, safety protocols, and internal policies.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving:
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with drivers, warehouse staff, customers, and other internal departments.
  • Proactively identify and resolve logistical problems, delays, or issues that may arise during the dispatch process.
  • Reporting & Record-Keeping:
  • Maintain meticulous records of all dispatched items and transportation activities.
  • Assist in preparing reports on dispatch operations, delivery performance, and transportation costs.

Required Skills

  • Organizational Skills: For managing multiple tasks, schedules, and resources efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: To effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including drivers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: To quickly and effectively address unforeseen logistical challenges.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software and transportation management systems is often beneficial.
  • Time Management: For ensuring timely and punctual deliveries of materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13, ₹25,000.00 per month
