**POSITION PURPOSE**

The role of a Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator is critical in ensuring the efficient functioning of the supply chain process. The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the activities involved in planning (Especially coordinating closely with stores, manufacturing, transporters) to ensure smooth & timely dispatch / delivery of products or services and that quality standards are met.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Responsible for entire supply chain & logistics**
- **Recruitment of and having a proper dispatch & logistics team**
- **Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock is available to meet customer demand**:

- Review open PO’s and follow up with concerned functions for timely closure - Coordinating with the production team with respect to the orders and ensuring timely and quality dispatches
- **Track shipments and coordinate delivery schedules**:

- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements where necessary
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- **Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers, transporters, internal teams, and customers**

**Qualifications, Requirements & Preferred Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
- Ability to analyse and understand data to make informed decisions
- Expert in Microsoft Office
- Good Written and Spoken in English
- Comprehensive knowledge of ISO standards and logistics-related laws and regulations
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational capacity and time management capabilities
- High-level communication and customer service skills
- Analytical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mind-set
- Strong multitasking abilities to track processes throughout the supply chain

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
