Lead Business Growth

We are seeking an accomplished sales leader to spearhead business expansion in North Bangalore. This role involves working closely with founders to shape and execute strategic initiatives, driving revenue growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies to capture new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers to secure strategic partnerships and ensure consistent business inflow.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of proven sales leadership experience, ideally within real estate, property advisory, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making.
