Job Overview

We're seeking an exceptional Strategic Engagement Lead to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in shaping our engagement products and journeys, ensuring customer success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement cross-channel engagement strategies that drive customer retention and acquisition.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and manage engagement products and journeys.
  3. Create data-driven stories to inform product decisions and improve customer outcomes.
Requirements:Must-Haves:
  • At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce engagement and retention, with a minimum of 1 year in a product management role.
  • Strong expertise in engagement tools like Clevertap and WhatsApp for Business.
  • Excellent discernment skills for effective engagement copy and content.
Good-to-Haves:
  • Experience working with healthcare brands.
  • Experience building and managing loyalty and gamification programs.
  • Proficiency in languages other than English, such as Hindi, Bengali, or Marathi.
