Operations Director for Luxury Carpet Business

We are looking for a talented professional to oversee the daily operations of our business, ensuring seamless execution of our end-to-end model. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a drive to create successful marketing campaigns.

The role involves managing the overall operation of our locations, including accounting, finance, administration, manpower handling, transportation, legal coordination, customer and vendor management, document preparation, and inventory control.

We require a graduate or post-graduate in Retail Management with empathy, compassion, and a strong understanding of organizational philosophy, values, and culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating engaging stories across digital and print media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Location Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of our locations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Accounting and Finance: Manage the financial aspects of our business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Administration: Handle administrative tasks, such as human resources, facilities management, and procurement.
  • Manpower Handling: Supervise and motivate our team members to achieve their goals.
  • Transportation: Coordinate the movement of goods and materials within our supply chain.
  • Legal Coordination: Collaborate with external partners to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Customer and Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with our customers and vendors to drive growth and satisfaction.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and execute necessary documents, such as contracts and reports.
  • Inventory Control: Manage our inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
