Senior Demantra Consultant Role

This position involves leading the implementation and support of Oracle Demantra modules, including Demand Management, Predictive Trade Planning, and Deductions & Settlement Management (DSM).

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

Key responsibilities include design and configuration of Demantra workflows, forecast trees, and engine tuning based on demand data. Additionally, you will perform expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization for Demantra applications.

Data extraction queries, management of Demantra tables, and ensuring data integrity are also key aspects of this role.

Integration with Oracle VCP and other ERP modules is a requirement. Training sessions and user documentation creation for business stakeholders are also expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra
  • Strong understanding of forecasting algorithms, trade promotion planning, and demand analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Demantra data model
  • Experience with Oracle ASCP, EBS, and VCP is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • PL/SQL interface knowledge
  • Able to analyze and debug issues
  • Coordinate with Oracle and Business for SRs
  • Impact analysis, solution design, unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
