**Job Summary:**

The Deputy Manager position at Ahmedabad University is a critical role that requires an exceptional individual to support the Chief of Staff in developing and executing strategies and projects. Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chief of Staff in ensuring timely and successful project execution, focusing on market research, analysis, planning, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with staff members in the Office of the VC, fostering a collaborative environment and driving results-driven initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies, coordinating with external stakeholders and strengthening relationships.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and communications, showcasing expertise in data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Highly organized, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and contexts.

Qualification and Experience:

An MBA from a reputable institution, coupled with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience in senior administrative roles or related fields.
