SAP Ariba Buying Consultant

Are you a seasoned procurement expert seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled SAP Ariba Buying consultant to join our team.

As an experienced SAP Ariba Buying consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring the Ariba Buying solution and its integrations with ERP systems using CIG. Your expertise in data flows, mapping, transformations, and transactions between Ariba and backend systems will be invaluable in this role.

  • Ariba Configuration: Configure Business Network: supplier onboarding, supplier catalogs, transactional flows, trading relationships.
  • Data Integration: Design and manage data flows, mapping, transformations, and transactions between Ariba and backend systems.

You will also be responsible for customizing workflows and rules in Buying and Business Network as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and configure Ariba Buying solution and its integrations to ERP systems using CIG.
  2. Design and manage data flows, mapping, transformations, and transactions between Ariba and backend system.
  3. Configure Business Network: supplier onboarding, supplier catalogs, transactional flows, trading relationships.
  4. Customise workflows and rules in Buying and Business Network as per business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Ariba Buying solution.
  • Deep knowledge of Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and Business Network.
  • Experience implementing, configuring, and managing Ariba Buying and related modules.
  • Ability to gather business requirements, do solution design, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially for integration issues.
  • Good documentation skills and ability to maintain technical / functional specs.
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work with business, procurement, finance, IT, supplier enablement teams.
