Job Title: Supply Chain Expert

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily procurement operations activities, including purchase requisition to purchase order conversion, fixed asset creation and capitalization, supplier re-certification, contract drafting, and system updates.
  • Contribute to team performance metrics, such as Service Level Agreement (SLA), quality, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including category managers, accounts payable, vendor risk management, and corporate ethics & compliance departments.
  • Review and finalize legal clauses and handle customer issues during the contract execution process.
  • Develop and maintain desktop procedures (DTPs).
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field; master's degree preferred.
  • Around 5-7 years of verified experience in procurement operations with exposure to both product and services procurement.
  • Thorough knowledge of procurement processes and experience with procure-to-pay tools like Ariba/Coupa and enterprise resource planning systems like SAP/Oracle.
  • Experience in contract drafting, collaboration with legal teams, and knowledge of legal terms in contracts is an added advantage.

  • Confidence and ability to demonstrate value as a shared services/procurement expert.
  • Self-starter, proactive, collaborative, and quick to adapt to changes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
