Strategic Procurement Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough VMI analyses, negotiating with vendors, and implementing group-wide price agreements for critical medical supplies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and compliance knowledge.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting VMI analysis to identify optimization opportunities and monitor procurement trends.
- Leading strategic negotiations with manufacturers and vendors to set new benchmarks for pricing and service.
- Driving and maintaining group-wide price agreements for high-value and critical medical supplies.
- Managing vendor relationships with a focus on performance, delivery, and compliance in VMI operations.
- Ensuring smooth implementation and operations of VMI systems across all hospital units.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Healthcare Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in supply chain or inventory management, preferably in a healthcare/hospital setting.
- Proven experience in vendor negotiations, compliance, and SOP implementation.
