Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 7-10 years of experience in Business Development, who has managed a sales team (AEs or BDRs) for at least 2 years. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of results, hitting/exceeding sales goals, and a strong background in developing and executing creative business development campaigns.

Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of individual contributors focused on converting both inbound and outbound leads. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and retaining world-class front-line business development reps that live and drive our values and culture each day.
  • Executing a best-in-class engagement strategy.
  • Creating and executing strategic campaigns customized based on vertical/industry and persona.
  • Working closely with other Sales Directors, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and the Executive team to maximize the impact of marketing efforts and other lead-driving channels.

Requirements & Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Business Development.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a sales team (AEs or BDRs).
  • Experience working in or with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and/or Sales teams.
  • Proven record of results - hitting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Proven history of developing and executing creative business development campaigns.

Benefits
