Job Summary:

  • Manage and scale a Toys category, onboard leading brands across e-commerce and offline retail channels to drive growth through assortment expansion and margin management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate global brand partnerships for international markets, leveraging expertise in marketplace/retail selling and category strategy.
  • Develop and curate a portfolio of exclusive Toys brands, enhancing packaging, content, and supply chain for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize brand performance and contribute to a robust omnichannel presence.
  • Prioritize profitability and scalability through GMV contribution and margin optimization.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in category management, preferably 4+ years in offline retail and eCommerce, and at least 2+ years in the Toys category.
  • In-depth understanding of consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing, and supplier network within the Toys industry.
  • Expertise in pricing, visibility, and marketing levers, with demonstrated success in scaling assortment and lifecycle SKU management.
  • Proven ability to foster collaboration across brand, operations, technology, and analytics teams.
