**Job Title:** Senior Business Manager, Sales

This role involves overseeing sales strategies and identifying opportunities for growth within enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing new clients and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions that deliver measurable value to clients.
  • They will also focus on pipeline management by providing accurate forecasts to senior management while staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sourcing new Enterprise merchants for Fiserv.
  • Growing the wallet share for the existing portfolio assigned to you.
  • Ensuring commercial & contractual closure with merchant partners.
  • Liaising with channel partners to generate leads for merchant sourcing.
  • Handling Portfolios and serving queries of customers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working in payments, e-commerce, Fintech and/or technology enabled commerce businesses in a solution selling environment.
  • Experience in driving merchant, acquiring, or payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the payments industry.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and aggressive selling skills.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business acumen.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Nice to Have:**

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with minimum 6+ years of experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales Force CRM software.
