Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Generation cum Key Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating leads from prospective data, and effectively communicating with the target audience to set appointments for your team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Primary Role

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify, qualify, and generate leads from prospective data.
  • Outbound Calls and Communication: Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects and communicate with the target audience to set appointments for your team.
  • Sales Process Execution: Execute our sales process and attempt to close deals.

- Secondary Role/Responsibility:

  • Database Management: Create, maintain a database of qualified clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and client-facing teams.
  • Reporting and CRM Management: Accurate reporting on leads, forecasting, and KPI, and maintaining and updating CRM with last known status of leads, appointments.
  • Follow-up and Communication: Timely follow-up with contacts, and ability to do non-scripted conversations with prospects.
  • Professional Communication: Proficient in communicating professionally with potential customers on the phone, email, phone conferencing, and in person to learn about their business needs and build a productive business relationship.
  • Proactive Lead Identification: Proactive in identifying opportunities for new business leads.

Training and Support:

You will receive training from our team on the art of qualifying, and our team will train you with the knowledge of our products and solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary starting from 35,000 INR/month, negotiable based on competence, current income level, and future outlook. Additionally, you will be eligible for a bonus ranging from 0-3X base salary, dependent on your KPIs and team performance. We also offer a flexible work schedule, with options for office, work-from-home, or hybrid models, depending on your location and needs.
