">Job Overview:
XpertReach is seeking an experienced Key Account Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales of automotive cables to OEMs, Tier 1, and Tier 2 suppliers.
About the Role:
- You will identify and target new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- You will conduct regular visits to OEMs and suppliers to maintain and grow key accounts.
- You will act as the primary point of contact for all sales-related activities for assigned accounts.
- You will provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on account progress.
- You will track and report on sales performance against targets and KPIs.
- You will prepare detailed reports on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- You will collaborate with internal teams to manage product development, pricing strategies, and delivery schedules.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, specifically in the automotive industry.
- Proven experience working with OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers in the automotive sector.
- Experience in the automotive OEM sector, cable industry, auto components, tires, lubricants, or battery industry.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Good understanding of automotive cable requirements and applications.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is approximately ₹10,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
