Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join Snaphunt as a Laptop Promoter, where you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to promote our laptops at retail stores, trade shows, and events. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities;
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet;
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up to ensure seamless customer experience;
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly KPIs to drive business growth;
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to support sales efforts;
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback to inform sales strategies;
  • Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships to drive repeat business;
  • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers and understanding their requirements;
  • Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale;
  • Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business to demonstrate sales excellence;
  • Representing our brand with energy and professionalism at retail stores, trade shows, and events to build brand awareness;
  • Interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating the unique features and benefits of our laptops to drive sales;
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets by turning interactions into sales opportunities;

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a B2C Sales or Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Consumer Durables, Retail, and FMCG industry;
  • A proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets to demonstrate sales expertise;
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders;
  • A strong networker & relationship builder with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities;
  • A high level of goal-driven motivation and the ability to work well in fast-paced environments;
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort dealing with numerical data to inform sales strategies;
