Job Description:

  • 1. Account Management & Transactions:
  • Ensure all account opening and maintenance processes adhere to bank standards.
  • Monitor transactional documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Address customer inquiries and escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for transactions and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with business managers and control teams to resolve audit-related issues.

2. Service & Quality:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring high-quality people, process, data, and systems in the branch.
  • Analyze customer feedback and complaints to drive process improvements.
  • Coordinate new product and system rollouts to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Meet with key clients to discuss service levels and satisfaction.
  • Responsible for implementing 5S, ISO 9001:2000, Six Sigma standards, and meeting/exceeding quality parameters.

3. Audit & Compliance:

  • Support internal, external, concurrent, statutory, and RBI auditors during branch audits.
  • Implement policies and procedures according to guidelines and achieve high audit ratings.
  • Ensure comprehensive compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to branches.
  • Resolve audit findings promptly and report any anomalies to senior management.
  • Conduct regular self-audits to identify areas for improvement.

4. Team Leadership & Development:

  • Define performance goals and objectives for team members.
  • Coach and develop staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Provide constructive feedback and conduct training sessions to meet development needs.
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve branch goals and objectives.

5. Branch Operations:

  • Oversee local vendor relationships to ensure smooth transaction execution.
  • Manage branch upkeep and maintenance, controlling costs effectively.
  • Support conducting monthly CSR events at the branch.
