
Customer Service Lead

Job Description:In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to customer service processes. This includes undertaking basic administrative tasks, ensuring that complete documentation is maintained either in electronic or hard copy form, transmitting information or documents to customers, using computer or mail, accurately capturing data and entering it on relevant systems, and working within the requirements of data privacy legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, you should have experience with data entry and management software, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
