Job Title:

">Head - Customer Service

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong track record of driving end-to-end customer service operations, including SAP and CRM process management.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through leadership and team management skills.
  • Oversee SAP/CRM systems, training, and data accuracy to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage customer code creation, order execution, and internal queries to deliver exceptional results.
  • Generate reports, track order fulfillment, and review SOPs to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Train and upskill the CS team regularly to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-volume environment.
  • Graduate or MBA preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time role based in Mumbai with no travel requirements.
