Job Title:
">Head - Customer ServiceThe ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong track record of driving end-to-end customer service operations, including SAP and CRM process management.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through leadership and team management skills.
- Oversee SAP/CRM systems, training, and data accuracy to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage customer code creation, order execution, and internal queries to deliver exceptional results.
- Generate reports, track order fulfillment, and review SOPs to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and upskill the CS team regularly to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills to drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail to ensure seamless operations.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-volume environment.
- Graduate or MBA preferred.
Work Environment:
- Full-time role based in Mumbai with no travel requirements.
