About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to persuade and influence customers, and a focus on achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate calls to customers and offer additional products or services based on their needs.
- Identify potential leads, qualify them based on specific criteria, and pass them on to sales teams.
- Maintain an up-to-date list of prospects to ensure they meet the target customer profile.
- Sell products or services by convincing customers to purchase, sign up for services, or take action.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven't converted yet.
- Set up meetings or demos for the sales team to engage with interested prospects further.
Requirements:
- Clear and confident speech.
- Ability to communicate the product or service clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to influence potential customers, handle objections, and close sales through effective persuasion techniques.
- Focused on achieving set targets such as sales quotas, number of calls, or lead generation goals.
- Ability to stay motivated and perform under pressure.
