Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage front desk operations at our dental clinic. As the first point of interaction for our patients, the ideal candidate will be friendly, empathetic, disciplined, and organized with excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure every patient experience is positive.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations including greeting patients, checking them in for appointments, maintaining a tidy reception area, and handling billing and payment.
- Respond proactively and courteously to inquiries via calls, emails, SMS, and social media.
- Schedule and confirm appointments according to doctors' availability.
- Maintain accurate patient records: medical history, treatment plans, and task generation.
- Handle vendor coordination for pricing, ordering, receiving, and inventory management of supplies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 1.5 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or equivalent roles.
- Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong computer literacy including mobile apps and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.
