At 30 Sundays, we're seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join our Founders' Office. As a key member of our team, you'll work directly with one of our founders on critical business challenges and contribute to growth strategies that propel us toward the next phase of expansion.

We're a travel company dedicated to crafting unforgettable vacations exclusively for couples. Founded by alumni from top institutions and backed by investors like InfoEdge Ventures, our team brings over 10 years of travel expertise from leading companies. We believe in delivering high-quality, personalized experiences tailored just for couples, aiming to strengthen relationships through quality time together.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $60,000-$80,000 per year, based on industry standards and comparable positions.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment while contributing to strategic growth initiatives. Your profile should align with:

  • Prior experience in Consulting or Strategy
  • A minimum of 3-4 months available before joining a full-time role
