Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Export Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our export operations functions and ensuring the smooth execution of our business strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in export operations, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding interns and executives to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the lead consultant across service lines: exports, subsidy management, MCA compliance, and corporate consulting.
  • Provide expert advisory to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.
  • Oversee daily operations, guiding interns and executives to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.
  • Mentor team members, set performance standards, and ensure operational discipline and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in export operations, consulting firm, or compliance industry.
  • Knowledge Areas: exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
  • Enthusiastic leader who is hungry for growth, detail-oriented, and passionate about building export excellence.
