Job Title: Mechanical Operations Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned mechanical operations professional to lead our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex mechanical systems, supervising teams, and ensuring efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Supervise and train a team of mechanics to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a chemical manufacturing industry
  • Hands-on experience with preventive and breakdown maintenance, as well as troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
