Job Title: Maintenance Operations Leader

Wabtec Corporation seeks a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Maintenance Operations Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities at our plant are executed efficiently and effectively. Your primary goal will be to maintain a high level of productivity while minimizing downtime and costs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to achieve 7S scores in B and C areas
  • Lead and train new and existing manpower as per skill enhancement plans
  • Promote Kaizen initiatives to increase quality and efficiency
  • Monitor production and take corrective action to bridge any gaps
  • Participate in ISO system and IRIS certification processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance operations leadership roles
Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
