Job Summary

As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the maintenance department and ensure the smooth operation of engineering, electrical, and civil maintenance activities for the facility.

This role involves supporting and executing preventive maintenance planning, repair estimation, vendor performance monitoring, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Manage spare part inventory and coordinate activities related to fuel and electricity management.
  • Partner with the Operations Department to resolve technical issues related to equipment breakdowns and improve maintenance practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and rail siding equipment maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to plan and manage preventive maintenance and repair activities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
