Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to guest repair requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicating effectively with guests to resolve maintenance issues
  • Performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication
  • Identifying and operating shut-off valves for equipment and utility shut-offs for buildings
  • Maintaining inventory and requisitioning parts and supplies as needed
  • Communicating daily activities and problems to other shifts using approved communication programs and standards
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting
  • Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is highly desirable
  • Basic computer skills, including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be an advantage:

  • Driver's License
  • Supervisory experience (no prior experience required)
