Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with a proven track record of ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, identifying and addressing breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough troubleshooting to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages.
  • Equipment Monitoring: Monitor the performance of equipment and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as needed.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of repairs and service history for all equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 15 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including CNC machines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
