Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will lead the shop floor team, implement production plans, coordinate
with other departments, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.

  • Allocate manpower, monitor workflows, and ensure optimal machine utilization.

  • Implement and enforce safety standards and company policies.

  • Resolve production-related issues and minimize downtime through root cause analysis.

  • Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, material usage, and maintenance activities.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store and procurement teams.

  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and inspect finished products.

  • Train and guide production staff on processes, safety protocols, and equipment usage.

  • Collaborate with the planning, quality, and maintenance departments for seamless operations.

  • Generate production reports and submit them to senior management regularly.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.

  • 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production supervisory role.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality standards.

  • Leadership and team management abilities.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and production software (ERP knowledge preferred).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
