Job Description:

As a Site Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our manufacturing unit. This includes managing production workflows, supervising team members, and ensuring that daily targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of production on the shop floor to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervise and optimize job placement, workflow, and movement of components during various stages of manufacturing.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Coordinate with R&D and design teams for successful development and integration of new products or structures.
  • Monitor production costs and optimize resource usage to meet business objectives.
  • Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in solar structure manufacturing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of solar mounting structures and fabrication techniques.
  • Experience in handling production machinery, tools, and quality control processes.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Proficiency in production planning software, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
