We are looking for a skilled Solar Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performance monitoring and gap analysis, multi-site coordination, team development, project handover/takeover, MIS & documentation, cost optimization, and stakeholder management.

  • Performance Monitoring & Gap Analysis: Track performance of multiple solar plants, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  • Multi-site Coordination: Liaise with site in-charges for day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and implementation of best practices across all sites.
  • Team Development: Support recruitment, training, and retention of site O&M teams to maintain high productivity and engagement levels.
  • Project Handover/Takeover: Ensure smooth transitions, following defined scopes and protocols.
  • MIS & Documentation: Manage weekly/monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify and onboard quality local vendors to optimize O&M costs without compromising service quality.
