Mobile Robotics Operations Leader

About a leading industrial automation company:

  • Develop and implement service and maintenance strategies for mobile robotics to meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Oversee all aspects of MR operations, including SOPs for MR onboarding and field operations.
  • Provide expert technical leadership on complex mobile robotics systems, including sensors, actuators, and associated instrumentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value MR clients post-deployment, fostering strong relationships.
  • Leverage data to identify inefficiencies and improve processes across delivery, support, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development and implementation of service and maintenance strategies for mobile robotics to drive business success and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain oversight of all MR operations, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in mobile robotics systems and aftermarket product ecosystems.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on complex mobile robotics systems, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Serve as primary liaison for high-value MR clients, fostering trust and partnership.
  • Analyze data to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimize processes throughout delivery, support, and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in operations management, industrial maintenance, field service, or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in mobile robotics systems and aftermarket product ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of technologies relevant to robotics, such as sensors, actuators, and control systems.
