Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of supply chain strategies in our region, aligning with financial and operational targets defined by global customers.

  • Manage end-to-end export shipments for ocean FCL and air mode, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate container planning, booking, trailer placement, stuffing plans, export documentation, RFID sealing, customs clearance, and container inward at port without DND charges.
  • Closely work with shipping line to ensure accurate and compliant shipping documentation for 100% export shipment accuracy.
  • Monitor shipment milestones and proactively address delays or issues, maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams for optimal routing and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, planning, finance) for alignment on shipping timelines and documentation needs.
  • Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders within a fixed schedule without errors.
  • Support junior team members through training and guidance.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Business acumen
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in operational roles within logistics industry
  • Supply chain background with proper understanding of international supply chains
