Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Job Description:

  • Lead Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgeting processes to drive business growth.
  • Optimize Cost Structure: Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify areas for improvement, implement cost-saving initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Daily Banking and Transaction Management: Oversee daily banking operations, ensure timely payment processing, receipts, and transaction management.
  • Inventory and Asset Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, asset valuation, and reconciliation processes.
  • Export Transactions and Compliance: Handle export transactions, foreign remittances, and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review detailed financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets on a regular basis.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Support statutory audits, tax audits, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams (production, purchase, sales) for accurate financial reporting and decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Budgeting, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Management: Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management principles.
  • Banking Operations and Export Transactions: Experience in banking operations and export transactions, including foreign exchange management.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Accounting Expertise: Excellent command over P&L, Balance Sheet preparation, and reconciliations.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • ERP/Tally/SAP and MS Excel: Proficiency in ERP/Tally/SAP and MS Excel to drive business insights and decision-making.
